CodeRed is a small hardware and software outfit in Western Australia. The split keyboards — the Corne and the Lily58 — are printed, flashed, assembled, tested and packed here, one order at a time, which is why they take a few days rather than arriving from a warehouse overnight. The circuit boards come machine-assembled — the Corne only partly, and the rest of it is soldered on this bench.
Not everything in the shop comes off this bench, and it would be easy to imply otherwise. The BOW G68S, the keycap sets, the cables and the merch are made by other people and shipped from their suppliers, so they take two to four weeks to reach Australia. Every product page states its own lead time before you buy.

Cases are 3D printed here, one order at a time, in the colours you pick. That is why there is a colour picker and a live 3D model instead of a photo of someone else's board.

The Corne (crkbd) and Lily58 are community designs, and the firmware is QMK. You can check both yourself — which is rather the point. A keyboard you cannot inspect is a keyboard you have to take on trust.
